Students will learn more about the role of the laity in the liturgy of the Church. These classes are open to liturgical ministers and parishioners that would like to participate in their church’s ministries.

Saturday, July 13, 2024 – Workshop for Ministers of Holy Communion
Saturday, July 27, 2024 – Workshop for Readers
Saturday, August 10, 2024 – Workshop for Ushers and Parish Hospitality
Cost: $10 per class
Take a tour of the Holy Bible by learning more about key events and biblical figures. This class will help students better understand the story of God’s love and salvation as told through Sacred Scripture. The class is designed for lay students, students interested in enrolling in the Denver Catholic Biblical School, or for anyone who wants to start reading their Bible more.

Students will learn about the parts of the Mass, the importance of and reasons behind the rites, gestures, and signs that we do during the Mass, considering the most important element, the holy Eucharist.
