FREE Tax Preparation 2025
Centro San Juan Diego, in collaboration with the AARP Tax-Aide Foundation, offers free tax preparation services from February to April. Our team of reliable, IRS accredited, volunteers is here to help you!
Tax preparation will be available every Saturday from 9:00am – 1:00pm from February 1, 2025 to April 12, 2025.
NO APPOINTMENT REQUIRED, clients will be assisted on a first come, first served basis.
Please be aware of the following details:
- Limited Availability: clients will be served on a first come, first served basis, so please arrive early. Tax-Aide volunteers will determine how many clients they can assist each Saturday, depending on the number of available tax counselors and the complexity of each tax return.
- Who Should Attend: We recommend that only the person interested in preparing their taxes attend; there is no child care available and it takes time to prepare and file your tax return accurately.
- ITIN Numbers: Applications for new ITIN numbers will be processed, but we cannot renew existing ITIN numbers that have expired.
- Who Qualifies? Priority is is given to low income seniors, 55 and older. Individual tax returns, ONLY.
